Sir,
I was joined an Unaided Engineering College in Maharashtra on 16-6-1986 as Lecturer. I retired as a Associate Professor in May 2021. My Last salary was Rs. 116600/- [as per 6th pay scale]. College had paid me gratuity amount Rs. 8 Lakh in March 2023, which is not as per 6th or 7th Pay Scales. [Max limit- 6th pay scale =7 Lakh & 7th pay scale = 14 Lakh, as per Govt. of Maharashtra.]
I want to challenge the management against lower payment of gratuity. As per my expectations, gratuity should be paid as per 7 th pay scales, even though 7th pay scales are not implemented.
1] Can I file a court case in this matter?
2] If yes, where the case may be filed, either in Labour/Industrial/High court?
Please give me a right advice.

I am occupier of a property in name of my OP. The OP has taken money ( 90% of total value) from me & verbally promised to register the property in my name.
Since last three years I am residing on the property. Since OP trying to ousting me from said property, my advocate file a petition for declaration of bonafide occupier of the property & money suit.
The court has passed temporary injunction in my favour in Title Suit.
If injunction is vacated by any way, can I continue to reside on the property ?
Is there any chance of vacation of injunction ?
If court did not allow extension of injunction, then how can I recover my money ? Since OP is living in rented accommodation.

Chennai DRT has reserved for judgment in July 2016; now only the case has popped up and is again open for arguments. This is the case with the property for the year 2008. The Builder had directly handed the possession to the Bank in spite of payment of regular EMI. I have to stop the EMI only due to the litigation the Bank and builder created. It's been over 15 years and I do not know the status of the flat as the flat keys are with the Bank. I want to know if I can file an IA for the appointment of the commissioner and the appraiser to ascertain the flat. Please guide.

Without my concern my gas cylinder delivered two times from gas agency I approached to gas agency and asked this query the staff simply told if u not booked the cyllender in 20 days duration time gas agency will book the cyllender for days adjustment if urgent need will arrange service boys to you. What is this. Have they rights to do like this no one responding correctly what I have to do

The owners ( 2 owners) of a flat in coperative society executed a Gift deed of their flat to me through their attorney by execting a limited power of attorney ( since the owners were living in US) without making Society a party in deed, and without taking consent of the society some 10 years back, however society did not granted membership and share certificate to me ,even after the written request by Donors and Donee, now one of the donor is dead and another is not in contact/ could not be traced, now what option i have in my hand?.
Society is not willing to grant membershipto me, i requested them to execute a deed of declartion, (registeted)declaring their no- objecion to the said gift deed, but still society does not move an inch, they are asking for the original owner to come which is not possible. Please let me know what option i have. Flat is in kolkata, west bengal. Thanks

Invoices not in gstr 2b
Supplier not uploaded March invoice in 2A. Total GST is Rs 1 lakh. But we don't have money to pay. Usually ITC will be more than output tax. If we wait till it is reflected in 2A of April can we file March quarterly returns afterwards without payment of tax. For this we have to enter ITC more than March 2B. Is it possible. Please guide me and sujjest any other alternatives.
