I purchased one residence flat from lift elevators company in feb - 2008.
in bhayander dist - Thane.
Note :- above flat purchased by lift elevators company from builders against balance due not paid by builders to lift elevators.
but society not transfer above flat on my name giving following reason.
1. lift elevators company not taken
premission from society for sale of
above flat
2. lift company not given lift licenses to society .(acuattly builders & lift elvators company not taken license from concern authority til dade)
pls give me advice how to transfer society of above flat on name.
2. what rule regarding transfer of society ?

Hello its Biprangshu Saha, presently working in Larsen & Toubro Limited in 'Graduate Engineer Trainee' Post , I have signed a 2 years of bond with a compensation of 2 Lakh of rupees. It’s about 7 month I am in this job.
Larsen & Toubro has 4 operating division 1) EBG-electrical business group.
2)HED-Heavy engineering division. 3)E&C-Engineering & Construction division
4) & Mechanical division.
Before that agreement it was told that I will be given choices to join above mentioned dept. After one month(one month for orientation program without having a OD ) of joining & aggreement signing our choice was asked I put my first choice to HED & 2nd choice to EBG & 3rd was E&C.I was not interested to E&C & Mechanical but I as told to priorities all the depts. But they did not take care of my choice & put me to E&C. I told to HR to change my dept. But they ignored. In the E&C I am given some estimation , costing for bidding related job in which I have least interest as I am a engineer & like to built my carrier with technical job .
I decided that I will quit & will have M.TECH degree. I worked hard & appeared in GATE (graduate aptitude test for engineer).I have cracked GATE with high score. Now I want to leave L&T.
I have heard in India bonded job are not allowed, 2 nd thing one sided bond are not allowed etc.
I think that was one sided bond as there was not any demand entertained from our side, even in which dept we want to work.
Please help me out, is it possible to break the bond.

I would like to know whether My client eligible for the problem caused by the negligence of Banker and cheating and Will fully avoided to inform him about the loss of his original 3 title deeds by the banker they in collusion gave my original title deeds tosome other in the entire bank shiftring partiucularily his documents were lost asd they are saying they may be in collousion with my clients enemies they did this due to this my client got heart ache and anjioplasty was done to him he wish he would like to file this before Consumer Court for a compensation of 20,00,000/- As his property which was given as security is now worth of more tahmn 1,00,00,000/- and as there are no roginal title deeds nobody is coming forward to purchase the said property is the bank is responsible for all this will you please advice me.

I got married in 2003 (Love Cum Arrange marriage). Its been almost two years now that we are living separately. I only have a younger sister in my family. My so called wife always used to fight with her on small things. She wanted her domination in house. According to her I should have given all the importance only to her & her family members. She always forced me to do things as per her wish. We used to have strong arguments & fights till late nights. I had tried my best to make her understand in every single manner which I could but things didn't work out. Ultimately I decided that we should get a divorce. She is at her parents house since Apr.' 06. She still wants to be back & isn't ready to give divorce. Request you to please give me some valuable advice by which i could come out of this marriage asap.

effect of switching over to a legal firm as a legal advisor
if a practicing lawyer wishes to switch over and joins a legal firm as a legal advisor or a law officer , does he need to surrender his bar council registration?or can he carry on both simultaneously?please guide me with your valuable advice.
