Hi i wanna know complete steps for getting married to my girlfriend as both the families are not willing to get us married by hook or by crook and there is a threat of life too. So what all steps i should take to get married to my loved ones without getting hurt to me or my gf. Im in the stage where there is no option for me or gf to make them approve even after explaining alots of time to them that we want to stay together but yet they resists and now it has been now come to the throat for both of us and even if i get married to my gf there would be a very very difficult circumstances of life threat for both of us . So what all proofs are needed to have a healthy marriage for us

Few month before I have an issue with my Trade union managing committee due.to this I have complaint to the registrar of trade union regarding my illegal suspension. The matter has been shorted but now my office bearers of trade union is not accepting my monthly subscription fees without giving any proper reason and also not providing me any account details so that I can deposit fees in union account what I can do regarding this issue which has been raised and if it gets to late I am afraid that they will take excuse of 3 month subscription fees provision and try to creat an issued from union side

I am happy to introduce you that I am ex employee in corporate field. I have brilliant knowledge to share with the students in their studentship tenure with all practical experiences with them. That will improve their theoretical application of law perspective as per the interpretation and as per the wise prudent law jurisprudence conceptual wise in their great life journey event.

Respected advocates Sir/Mam,
Greetings from me!
First of all, My introduction is I am Sombrat Mishra and I am currently pursuing BTECH 4th year( last sem). I got the government job as post of stenographer in a government department. I have got offer letter for joining my job was on 17th August and I had time to join the Job till 17th February. However, I have applied for the extension and maximum three months extension was granted from the department i.e. Till 17th May, I have time to join the department.
Now, earlier I was thinking that, in last semester when I will continuously attend my lectures of Btech and complete the 75% criteria of attendance, I can easily join the Government department and hence give the exam by taking 4,5 leaves from the department.
But, now, from the different sources I got know that I have to complete my whole Btech course and it doesn't matter whether you have attended college for 75%.
So my question arise-----
1- My expected result date to come is nearby 22th July. So, I have to join after July, or I can join the department after giving my all exams which is expected to completed by 20th June...?
2- I have problem to get further extension from the department as I have taken 3 months leave already, so, can I join the department after taking 75% of my class or I have to wait till my final result of Btech?
3-- Any suggestions (if any) from your side will be helpful.
My job is of Level 4 in Central Government.

my university exams result will come after the entrance examination the university result will announce on 2 aug 2024 and the entrance exam is going to be conducted on 15 July 2024 . So thus it going to affect the document verification process ?

Hi sir,
Iam keerti. I have purchased land in 2021 july, from a person (B) , but that land belongs to a converted Christian (A) (sc) ( but i don't know whether he has sc in his caste certificate or not) , and it is inam land, but inam abolished in 2007. This sc(A) person made sale agreement on this land with some (X) in 2010, at that time land didn't partitioned , land is not on his(A) name, land has came to his authority only on 2012 after family partition deed, he (A) sold this land to Mr ( B ) on dec 2015, then ( X ) filed a suit in jan 2016 that A is violating sale agreement which is in made in 2010. A and B facing that issue and they sold to me this land 2021 hiding this suit, (A and his family were witness of our registration) , I thoroughly checked the records and taken loan on this land, I got notice on June 2023, to join as D3. Now I came to know that this D1 ( A) sated and defending as he is sc (PTCL act) and that land is inam land (inam land act 1978)so that he cannot register that land , that registration can be cancel, and we (A and B) have mutual understanding and we made agreement that whenever he (A) gives debt amount to B within 3 years then he (B)has to re register that land to (A) .
( But that land is in our possession ) , So I came to know that this A is fraud , trying to cheat us and cancel our registration to get back his land.
So please help me and tell what will happen to me

Sir, when phrase goes as " from the date of receipt of notice" which means, whether the date on which notice is recieved is o be included or excluded ?

THIS HAPPENED IN THE 90'S
MY FATHER AND HIS ELDER BROTHER USED TO RUN A PARTNERSHIP FIRM AND MAKE GOOD PROFITS.
MY UNCLE (FATHER'S ELDER BROTHER) BOUGHT A PIECE OF LAND FROM A THIRD PERSON WHO HAD OWNERSHIP OF THAT LAND THROUGH A COURT DECREE AND GAVE THE POWER OF ATTORNEY AND ALL RIGHTS TO MY UNCLE ON FULL PAYMENT. THE DEAL WAS DONE THROUGH A FRIEND OF MY UNCLE WHO PLAYED THE ROLE OF MIDDLEMAN IN GETTING THIS AND OTHER DEAL WITH THE SELLER, AND MY UNCLE DID KNOW THE SELLER PERSONALLY.
WITHIN A COUPLE OF YEARS OF THAT SAID DEAL MY UNCLE SOLD THE PIECE OF LAND TO MY FATHER AGAINST THE PROFIT OF THAT YEAR AND MY UNCLE TOOK 100% PROFIT OF THAT FINANCIAL YEAR.
THE WHOLE AGREEMENT WAS EXERCISED ON A NON-JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER OF RS.50/-IN 1992
BUT MY FATHER NEVER GOT THE LAND AND DEED REGISTERED IN FRONT OF A SUB-REGISTRAR.
AS THERE WAS NO DISPUTE AS SUCH EVER BETWEEN THE BROTHERS.
NOW AFTER THE SUDDEN DEMISE OF MY UNCLE, HIS FRIEND THE MIDDLEMAN TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY AND TOOK QABZAH OR HOLD AND HAS HIS TIN SHADE AND WATCHMAN ON THE PIECE OF LAND.
WHAT SHOULD BE THE PROCESS TO TACKLE THIS SITUATION

A registered absolute Power attorney to B to transfer the immovable property in the name of C, the wife of B. Later on A played fraud on B and C. Out B and C, who can initiate legal action against A

Extra salary credited
I left my GDS Abpm ( in department of posts) job on January 5th 2024 after serving letter to my sdi on 1st January, still I was receiving full salary till Feb for 2 months.
I left because of harsh working conditions on job without serving one month notice.
I had to travel almost 30 km on unpaved road in hilly areas, without any insurance from department side also they forced me to carry cash far exceeding my salary of 14000 on my own risk.
Now my sdi is asking for refund of salary of 2 months on phone calls. Also he sent his men to my house threatening to file FIR against me , but he hasn't served me any written letter for refund
I want to know what will happen if I don't return the money since GDS is likely a Contractual Govt job.I had done a lot of expenses on my own while serving the job i don't want to return money,
