Hello Sir,

Plz let me know how to apply for trademark (online application) without agent.
what is proprietor Code in application form. where we can get it.
what is the procedure for becoming Trademark Agent.

Plz reply soon, i really need this information

A. A person can file his own application without agent
b. Any person can generate the code as per instructions provided on TM website.
C. for becoming a TM agent one needs to be an advocate and register with TM office or should posses the qualifications given in TM Act and slso should have passed the qualifying exam conducted by TM Office
