Accident case

i was met an accident with heavy vehicle on 10 sep 2002 at that time my age is 13. my father filed the case against that person through the lawyer. after i attaining 18 lawyer got my signature for repetition(after attaining major) in front of judge. after that my father asked many times about the case and compensation my lawyer doesn't responding properly to us. i don't what to do next. can somebody help to get the compensation?

NOTE: my father gave all original records of my medical treatment to that lawyer for claim compensation

Go to the nearest motor vehicle tribunal and find out your case status...

If your fher knows case number then it is veryeasy to find out the status of the case in MACT court at your jurisdiction.
