Why do you go to police station. It is a movable property and you and your mother and sister have equal rights over it. For vehicle do you complain against your mother and how and why? You settle the issue in an amicable way.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 26 March 2024
You are entitled to a share in your father's all the assets including movable.
You can file a suit for partition and claim for rightful share.
