Child reprimanded once through bad marks and verbal condemnation for having spoken in an open house session in college?
If this continues what area the options available to initiate action against the college or such teachers?

The child has not reacted in any manner to disrespect the staff but only gave suggestions.

Better withdraw your child from the school, if you are against the advice of the teachers on his carelessness of his career development and start teaching of your child, yourself.
Now you are against scolding of child by teachers then if he fails, you would allege that the teachers failed in their responsibility to properly impart education to your child.
In my view it is the emotions of the parents that make the students disrespectful of their teachers. If you are one of such type of parent, you may feel free to take any action against the college to pave way for your child to get rusticated from the college on one or the other grounds in future. may that be false.
BUT ONE THING IS STRANGE ON YOUR PART, IF YOU ARE SO COURAGEOUS AND BOLD TO INITIATE ANY ACTION AGAINST THE COLLEGE OF YOUR CHILD, WHY YOU PREFERRED TO HIDE YOURSELF AND POSTED YOUR QUERY ANONYMOUSLY?
BE BOLD TO COME OUT OPENLY WITH YOUR QUERY BY NAMING COLLEGE ALSO, SO THAT THE COLLEGE AUTHORITIES SHOULD ALSO KNOW ABOUT YOUR INTENTIONS AGAINST THEM.
