Two date of birth

Hello All,
I m Rahul, My Birth date documented in Bith certificate by Panchayat is 05/11/1991. However the Birth date in all other document is 05/08/1991 (i.e. School Leaving certificate, All educational Documentation, PAN Card, Licence, AADHAR Card etc. except Bith certificate.
Now i am going to apply for PASSPORT, where for Birth Date verification Birth certi needed. So my questions are
(1) Is it possible to change the Birth date in Birth Certificate?? if yes then HOW??
(2) If above is not possible then how can i change my birth date in all other document??
As per my thinking it is better to change the Date in birth certificate rather than going to change in all other documents. !!!!! :( ;(
Please suggest me asap.

You have to apply for change of date of birth with the competent authority, if they refuse to do so, you may approach the court with a declaratory suit declaring your correct date of birth to be incorporated in the birth register.
