WHAT IS THE SHARE OF 2ND WIFE IN A PROPERTY BELONGING TO HUF. SHE HAS NO CHILD FROM HER MERRIAGE. KINDLY QUOTE RULE AND RULINGS

1st or 2nd wife has no share in HUF property - unless her husband dies and his share devolves or there is a partition between son and father - in which share she gets a share. However that too the first wife, second wife (second marriage is void) hence no share for her

Mr. Bharat has replied well and only the sons and daughters of 2nd wife will get share in HUF Property. Neither the first wife nor the second wife will get share in HUF property during the lifetime of husband

Second marriage is valid, if it is done after the death of first wife or other permitted circumstances.
