Review petition at supreme court

(Querist) 25 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
What is the time limit to file review petition in supreme Court? Somewhere I heard that it is 30 days. Does it include holidays also? If there is summer holidays immediately after judgement, still 30 days hold good including holidays? Can some one help on this.

Dear Querist
yes, it's include holidays also but if the last day of the limitation is holiday then application will be file when the court open.
Feel free to call

Thanks for the clarification. Because of summer holidays ( around 2 months) and as the party is in-person, there was around 80 days from date of order,(including summer holidays). Can we still file the review petition (giving reason as delay in getting legal advise as party in-person and summer holidays)?
