Required complain copy from police station

The complain was filed by wife in police Mysore station. We're I was called for enquiry. I went for the enquiry and they took written statement from me. Now there is the same case is filled in other police station in Mysore. So the earlier Complaint she filed is requied for reference for witch fir was not registered. Now how can I get the copy of the complaint from the police station.

In Cases of Non Cognizable offences like Bigamy, Defamation Etc Police can not arrest with out the warrant from court and FIR will not be issued in such cases.

Even for conducting an inquiry by Police in such cases the Court's Permission would be mandatory.

You could request the concerned Police Officer of earlier Police Station where the First complaint was filed and if any problem in that you could seek the same applying thro RTI.

You can get it from the concerned police station by paying requisite fee thru., challan or FIR is filed you can also obtain it from the court.
