Hello Sir
Iam from Uttarakhand Nainital District I want to start security agency at Uttarakhand Haldwani please guide me from where I get PASARA from and what are the formulates for this. Your help give me a chance to do something.

1. PASARA registration is issued by the District SP or Commissioner of Police, AFTER conducting various documentary procedures.
