R/Sir,
There are hospital and medical store in the vicinity of our house and beside our home there is vacant plot, on which nearby medical store dump their expired medicine and burn it, which is making surrounding area polluted, hazardous, and we are facing breathing problem as well, during burning, expired medicine glass bottle get heated up and due to that it occur miner blast and throw out remaining sharpen edges glasses around which can hit anyone even animal dangerously and can causes great risk for life.
Therefore I am in need to know ….
1) Where can I file a complaint on this regard
2) What are the penalties (monetary penalties & imprisonment) for burning expiry medicine .
Note- I have clicked images of burning bio medical waste and video ! Madhya Pradesh

You can make a complaint with local administration authority
You can also make a complaint with the nearest NGT office

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for you quick and prompt response, I have already filed an online complaint and within 2 hours pollution control board's divisional office reached at site and did inspection and served strict warning with notice to polluter, and assured us that same complaint will be forwarded to local municipal corporation, food and drug control, SDO, however I have sent email to district collector and food & control department respectively and they are helping us in every mean possible, now i am really surprised with how quickly and strictly they execute my problem, good work of MP government is really reflecting though, all it need awareness and people do complaint,common man generally dont complaint and it give confidence to defaulter to do much default as possible, I urge people to rise your complaint, and if there is any issue how to do where to do, then write here, highly educated advocate are here to help you out.
