Proceeding copy for plot

I am purchased a plot in HMDA venture and sale deed executed on my name. EC also shows my name as owner. Do I need to apply for changes in revenue records or panchayat records like proceeding or pahani? If yes what is the procedure.

Apply to the Corporation Commssioner if the property is situated in the limits of corpn, and concerned authorities of area in which it falls with copy of documents and plan (if any). consult in concered offce authorities and generally they will guide you.
