Sir,I am working in PSU and I have been called for interview at another PSU . At the time of interview they have asked me to submit noc from previous firm as I had submitted application for noc at current PSU they did not replied me and I had attended the interview and given undertaking that I will submit noc at the time of joining . Now I got appointment from another PSU mentioning to submit noc bad realizing letter from the current PSU.Our current PSU is not giving me the noc and asking me to suit resignation and join the other PSU with 3 months notice they will relieve me from my services. As I had not hidden any information regarding my employment details with the other PSU. Kindly suggest me how to proceed

1. Intimate to new PSU, request 3 1/2 months joining time.
2. After getting positive response, Submit resignation to present PSU.

As both are PSUs, you wont face much problem.
