Khata number not included in the schedule of property

I had purchased a property in Bangalore. In the sale deed the Khata number is mentioned under the negotiation / Flow details of the property(in page 2) but not under the Schedule of property section.
Now when I approach the BBMP for khata transfer, ARO insisting for correction deed mentioning the Khata number is not under the Schedule of property section.
Though the khata register of the BBMP is intact as per the details shown in the property flow details (In the name of Seller).
I may not able to do rectification deed as the original documents are with Banker under loan.
Please advice what step I can take.

Going for rectification is must as the schedule does not mention khata number. You need not require original sale deed for execution and registration of rectification deed. You have to attach the xerox/true copy and Index-II of sale deed to the rectification deed.Further you have to attach property papers showing the khata number.
