Incriment

I am in private pharma company on the post of medical representative .my company gives us target from January from December means calendar year .there is an incriment according to our performance on the target .but incriment starts from April to march means financial year.in this way there is loss of first three months of hike salary for me if my performance is good every year...please suggest me that is that wrong or right .

Probably the 3 months time is also kept for incentives calculations so as to determine returns from marker if any and to calculate Net Sales.

You have well knit state level and national level unions and might also be having IC’s.

It is better to raise such issues thru them.

If you are a consistent performer, then company and bosses shall take care of you.
As an employee it is felt that you can’t press for it.

Of course you can air your view point.
