Huf and dughter of co-parncers and son of the daughter

Dear Sir,

my father has a his own huf. huf is consist of my mother and 1 brother and two daughter .
i am the one daughter of my father and i have a son who is major .
can my son has a right in the share of the Huf property .?
pl guide me .

During ur life time u only have right for share in the HUF property. Your sons right for that share will arise only after ur life time.

Only in the case of a male coparcener, his son has a right in the property.

However, in the case of a female coparcener (you are a female coparcener), the property she gets is her personal property and her son/daughter have no right over it.

rightly opined by Mr. Anirudh. The female coparcener's right will extinguish with their hands itself, it will not continue because the property in the hands of a female will be her exclusive property and nobody has any right over it during her life time.

Relating to this , can my son claim the his shares in my fathers 's huf property being a a son of my ?
