Sir,
can how can i manage ex-partee divorce against my wife. she resides in other state. shed filed several cases against me i.e. 498-a,406, 125, sec. 18 of HAMA , 405,406 of IPC sec. 9 and sec. 24.
498-A, 406 - IS RUNNING IN my city.
125 -decided Rs 1500/- in her city, i m paying.
sec. 18 - is pending in her city.
sec. 405,406 - is dismessed in her city.
sec. 24 - decided in her city- Rs. 1500/- allowed.
sec. 9- in her city still pending.
sir, cases are running from last 10 years.
and i now i am not able to fight this legal bettle with this kind of harrassing system. I want divorce and she neither want to reside nor divorce she only want to harrass me.
Sir, i want to file div. cawe in my city and want to manage it ex-parte. pl. guide how it will be.

Sir,
Filing is fine, but managing ex-parte with this kind of a women is not a easy job I believe...
Try manipulate things and summons to get the ex-parte divorce.

yes sir, i know it very well, but i have to do this as i have no choice, if it fight then more years will go. sir how court will go for ex parte div. what will be done with notice with registered post, how to manage ? pl. suggest. If any how i sent notice on wrong address and they return, then what process be there. pl. suggest.

Sir, after filing a pursis that court may direct to the petitioner wife for cohabiting with me, from since i and my adv. did not attend the court since last 4 months. now i came to know that she filed an application for protection (in appl she told that she want to reside with me but she is having life threatning from husband and wants prtection officer) and an order passed by the court on application. sir what should i do she is creating more and more problem for me. Should i approach the court and make cross examination to her, as i remaining absent from the case after she filing of evidence and court has closed the cross as well as my evidence. Pl. suggest how i can protect myself from such lady.

I presume U too are responsible for being engulfed in those cases for the past 10 yrs bringing U nightmares and disrupting UR entire life.I would not find fault only with women,though law today is their hands to teach the husbands family an unforgettable lesson of their lives,men are also equally to be held guilty.
What would have transpired during the marital life of both is unknown to us to come to correct analysis?
Never ever both of U must have tried for a compromise.
