Conversion of panchyat approved land to dtp approved

Dear sir,

I have an approved house plot on the outskirts of coimbatore approved by panchayat
and area also come under panchayat. Now I want to sell that plot and came to know that people are more interested in dtp approved plot.Kindly advise me.

All Panchayat layouts are not risky. Only some layouts will be tampered by making double and some times triple layouts. That means on the same land, three layouts will be formed,with a gap of short intervals, as such they will sell the plots to no. of persons. For one plot three persons will have to claim.

Normally, the local political people with the help of unsocial real estate people will do these types of trick. Please check up in the State Survey Department of that particular state whether your layout is genuine or not.

Otherwise it is ok. No need to go for dtcp layout.
