Claim of father property

(Querist) 21 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
mother has two husband, claimant is second husband's son, second husband purchased immovable property and executed registered will in favour of his brother and handed over the possession and subsequently he has executed unregistered will in favour of claimant's mother, second husband first wife and their sons and daughter are no more, only claimant is the legal heir of second husband, his mother also died, can the said claimant claim the said property, please advice.

The claimant's father executed a registered will in favour of his brother. This brother has executed unregistered will in favour of claimant's mother.
Claimant's mother died intestate (without executing any will).
Hence the claimant is if is only legal heir, he/she can claim the said property.
Thefirst husband and his children will not come into picture at all.
