Chit fund fraud

Hi, I need one clarification on chit fund fraud, we are 7 members subscribed to the one of the chit fund and paid the instalments. But now the chit fund owner is not ready to repay the amount. so how we can go further. Its more than 2 years and not responding to any calls. I have online transactions of every month payment so how can we go further legally can any one help on this.

Register an FIR for cheating, Criminal misappropriation of funds and under chut funds to get the directors of the chut fund arrested ....

Send legal notice to the owner of the Chit Fund company.

Does not seem to be a fit case for police case. Do you have any proof of your having been registered with the Chit Fund.
