Cancellation or withdrawal of adj order

How can we apply for cancellation or withdrawal of ADJ order passed on 15.9.2017 ? Is there any time limit to apply for withdrawal ?

There is noting like withdrawal or cancellation of order. You have to file appeal against the order of the ADJ. Please contact advocate with order copy for taking necessary steps against the order passed.

Only APPEAL is maintainable, before the immediate superior court of ADJ. Ask your advocate to file appeal. He will take care of it.

Fact is, the original conveyance was registered in 1995 at Mumbai Main Stamp office at that time whatever stamp duty & registration fee was paid has not been deducted by ADJ order passed by Kurla Stamp Collector. On inquiry, they suggested me that I should have approached Mumbai Stamp Office and not here. For this reason I want to cancel the ADJ order, please advise
