Against false 498a, dv and other cases

Sir,
My name is Jayant and I am from Lucknow UP and living with My Father, mother, and a younger unmarried sister and working in a private company.
I got married in April-2012, my family life was going well but after 1-2 months my wife and her parents were force me to get separate from my parents and stay near my wife’s parental home and work somewhere in there city, but I denied but my wife started giving pressure from many ways,
We got a child in March-13 after that also my wife did not understand anything and planned to file cases against us, then after I took her out of city to make her understand the things but then she ask me to drop her at her parental house for some Pooja and else, when she went to her father she denied me to come back, and filed FIR in nearby Police Station and one Women Organisation, I met her in the Women Organisation and ask then to tell her to live with me but she again denied and told them that she will ready to live with me if I will live separately form my parents, but Women Organisation told him to live with whole family she went to her parental home then I file Sec-9 to ask her to come back but she filed complaints False CASES through 156-3 of 323, 506, 498A, ¾. and also Sec-125 and again she filed DVA also, against me my father my mother my younger sister and My married sister who living in other state to threat and harries me and my family.
Pl suggest how I can defend me and my family form all these false cases.

Jayant, in one or two months how would understand each other?
today is world of nuclear families.
No girl likes to live with boys parents that is a world known fact.
you do not want to live with her parents means both of you have have same or similar mentality is obvious. definitely serious conflict is bound to be.
today no wife even after a decade of marriage would not like her in laws in her household that is new culture abounds.
so you need to reconcile with her and stay independently with your wife then she would not insist her parents as long as you do not insist on your parents to stay with you.
once that is done everything would find its own place!

Sir,
I understand the problem of these days with girls, but as now we do not have any connection me and my wife not even we talk, she also asked me give her a huge amount of money to release me but arrangement of such a huge amount is not possible for me i told her what could i was able,
But now all these over she filed all these cases what could i do now.
Pl suggest.

dear jayant,
do not lose heart. always one need to be pious and strong in mind with all pleasantness.
problem today is girls too lost the meaning saptapadi like boys too..that means we lost our culture. in the circumstances, wait patiently just for two months, there will be mind transformation in that girl too, after all time is the best healer.
so pray to your ishta devata for good turns i am sure it would come;
life is one based on some faith only; without faith no marriage is safe so too no life is safe;
Love all hate none after all every one wants love,love , love only.
Harp on genuine love u can personally plead love before the judge and he would help by asking counselors o duly help reconciliation!
Law without love it is just a hard rock, good for nothing, dharma satras only said and always talked about this element and enforced, i am sure the girl is also mentally exceedingly worried, after all both husband and wife are made for each other, without the other one is not really respected in the society anywhere all over the globel so west is really ant to follow hindu system for dignity and love which only hindu culture had privided;
true soon your issue would get healed, i am sure after all man is a greagarious animal!

@Author: you know that she has filed all false cases against you, challenge her cases properly by taking the help of a prudent lawyer, donot give up.
