7/12 extract

Hi, in 1989,on the property of my father in village someone by showing fake documents has wrongly entered his name as a legal heir of property & now as on 2017 his name is appearing on 7/12 extract instead of me the legal heir.
Please suggest me with the procedure to remove the name of illegal heir.

Land Records have their own hireachy of appeal you need to appeal to Supt. Land Records and further.

If fake papers provided or fake death certificate etc provided then you need to determine them and also think of criminal proceedings

When you go to land record dept , take 7/12 , ferfar uttara of that entry , and take zerox of entire SI file of that land from land record dept then you need to check out content

You need to show all documents to your local advocate then only next thing can be told

Imp- immediately in one or two month take concrete legal step else with provision of limitation there can be serious problem (Legal steps person have to take within specific time else his rights are even ignored by judiciary )

It can not be removed so easily. But it can be done with some efforts.
1. Firstly as you have come to know about he cheating and fraud done by such person done this illegal act by producing fake documents, file a criminal complaint immediately at the police station or in the court directly.
2. File a civil suit for the recovery of your title and possession.
3. File an appeal before the revenue department (Dist. superintendent of land records) with the property related documents and the documents supporting your claim.
