Hi,
My wife is threatening me that she will go to my organization and will create a scene there.Yet no case is registered, she is saying before registering case she will take this step. Can you please advise me why so? If she goes then what step should I take in advance for this.
Can this effect my job?

I don't think your organization would be concerned with your personal family matters except in connection with the matter of maintenance support for your family.

File a complaint u/s 506 I.P.C. in court as said type of threatening is also an offence u/s 506 I.P.C. as per several judgements of Supreme Court/High Courts.

The advance step you can do is that, try to solve the problem if it is happening because of you.
