Both cases are going on; in dv we have filed our reply n awiting next date on asking for on wht basis claims has been framed , my wife has only submitted marriage certificate n invitation cards n on tht basis we filed our reply.
In 498A chargesheet has been filed n case was heard judge has asked PP to llok whether to put the case forward or settle outside the PP has called me n my wife one day prior to hearing to meet her.
Just want to know whats next she hasnt filed divorce yet

Mr. Unknown; As the name suggests so the query. Do you think the experts here are astrologers to know what will happen when you both meet(?), If you have any compromise plan, discuss with your advocate and work out the modalities based on the circumstantial situation prevailing then. If she is not conducive you may go ahead by challenging her so called baseless and weak case.

There is two option either she will agree with you or she will be not ready to settle the matter amicably with you.
