Sir,my wife applied 125 crpc but since 20 years after marriage we are living seperatly,i counter filed for avoiding interim maintenance and stated that she is not my wife am not married,after she submited wedding card & normal photo to prove her marriage,if marriged proved is entitled to maintenance eventhoug we are living separatly since marriage..pls advise..
