I would request Police Department India, Nation Crime Record Bureau, to enquire. I don’t know why Bhakti Naidu was pardoned without punishment (3 years with fine) for stealing , as she had no intent of returning stolen good, while she was using stolen SIM for ulterior purpose 1) Bhakti Naidu daughter of Surendra Naidu, has a criminal case against her name – for stealing mobile phone , using SIM to call two men, threatening in filthiest tone. 2) She was caught by Pune police department, so there in none liability of the report lodger. Any illiterate can lodge a police complaint for theft of their possessions. When the complaint lodger were asked if they know Bhakti Naidu , when she was found culprit by police, they told that she was a classmate, they were shocked as girls don’t steal mobiles. They never thought a girl could do such a nasty thievery. 3) Usually SIMs are destroyed after stealing, while Bhakti was using them for hiding her identity. When vehicles or other precious goods are stolen, the intent is monetary gain, while during mobile theft if SIM is live in use, the case leads to intent memorabilia , where in earlier period many such cases of SIM theft lead to solving of terrorism, sex trade, extortion, kidnappings, where criminals wanted to call using hidden identity, so that they cannot be traced while investigations, as SIM permit is in name of another person. 4) If the person does not lodge a police complaint after the SIM is stolen, all the crimes would be conducted, registered in his or her identity. After lodging a first information report, the owner of SIM is relieved, where it activates further enquiry, if the SIM is live in use, police department can track within minutes. 5) If father or mother of crime record holder is in clerical or lowly post, it has nothing to do with punishment tenure (same for all irrespective of status or stature ). Most of the sex workers caught with Budhwar Peth Brothels were from poor families where money was one of the reasons forcing them into prostitution, they were well educated, not similar to Bhakti where she was failing in all subjects, being transferred from one college to another only for completing graduation. If we consider all criminal record holders, the gang of goons or the sex trade rackets they all are from very deprived families working to make end meet. No concern what your parents work or did (in university the positions are very structured, difficult to develop, where medical officers cannot get beyond certain point , where only basic criterion is required for this clerical position with meagre income ), children have to earn their own professions, what will they do after their retirement. We have well behaved children of maid servants whom we adore, as our own, but they have good neeyat. 6) Timing, Intent, Target are very important to solve a case. If Bhakti had dire urgency to call two men during exam time, where she had to steal, when other alternatives such as landline were available, then she was into crime where she had to steal for hiding her identity. 7) Virginity tests can determine frequency of her sexual intercourse, it can legally proved through any - with authorization appointed gynaecologist that girls from Surendra Naidu’s family are not virgin. 8) If the man whom she called her boyfriend, has nothing to do with her, its not legally obligatory upon the man, as she was calling him time & gain to lure , even during exams. He was not into her. She would have called many more men using stolen SIM if police had not caught her while conducting the crime. 9) If Bhakti had to steal during exams, then if not stolen she would have incurred loss of sex customers. For call girls exams are not important but getting sex customers is more important to call using fake or hidden identity. 10) Bhakti was right, if anyone of their gang is caught, they can go to any extent , or stoop any low in her words- so that it does not affect their business. In Pune many sex workers were caught by Ashwini Madam where they had their own professions but families, pimps were into sex trade for more money. 11) There is no harm or shame in asking for HIV or AIDS screening certificate than risking lives before making sexual relationships. 12) Having a criminal record means criminal will have to mention it wherever required such as passport or occupations. It means criminal will have to comply to all police investigations, searches & intent enquiry as required. If any newspaper or TV channel can take the cause with police department to publish & broadcast it for public awareness- why lodging a police complaint for SIM is more important than vehicles, please do it, as no one can intimidate, threaten or harass anyone for basic right in democracy where criminals have no place but jails.

Dear Indians, Having a used second motorcycle, or lent undersized domicile given for staying , or a low grade position in college or school, not having enough clothes or mobile phones has nothing to do with stealing. We have children of our inmates or prisoners of hostilities working in our rehabilitation centres who don’t steal, only because they have good upbringing from parents, criminality is not encouraged. They don’t get criminal records on families or threaten in name of their parents. So refrain from inappropriate discussions Thanks, Aalekh Patel

Dear Lawyers, Dear Lawyers, You can demand for documents through RTI The Right to Information Act 2005 (RTI) is an Act of the Parliament of India to provide for setting out the regime of right to information for citizens. The Act applies to all States and Union Territories of India. This law was passed by Parliament on 15 June 2005 and came fully into force on 13 October 2005. Information disclosure in India was hitherto restricted by the Official Act 192 and various other special laws, which the new RTI Act now relaxes. The formal recognition of a legal right to information in India occurred more than two decades before legislation was finally enacted, when the Supreme Court of India ruled in State of U.P. v. Raj Narain that the right to information is implicit in the right to freedom of speech and expression explicitly guaranteed in Article 19 of the Indian Constitution Dear Media, Journalists, News Reporters So any TV channel, News Channel, News Paper such as Times of India, Hindustan Times OR The Hindu can take up the case of Bhakti Naidu daughter of Surendra Naidu to be published or broadcasted at mass scale for establishing importance of mobile theft, where SIMs are misused for crimes of greater measure such as prostitution, threatening, kidnapping, where identity has to be hidden.

Dear Media, India If some national TV channel or newspaper can take the entire cause of Bhakti Naidu for establishing importance of lodging a police complaint for stealth of mobile with SIMs, which can be greater peril to identity misuse or crimes of ulterior motives, then it would be informational to all . Its more important than stealth of vehicles or other crimes of greater monetary value but not identity misuse.

Dear Pune Police Department, Central Bureau of Investigation, India, What leads young girls in school to loose their virginity? What could be dire urgency in exam to get prospective customers for luring; it could be their permanent source of extra income calling two men. If such gangs (Bhakti rightly told about her father’s gang of goons) feel threatened, they can go to any extent to avenge, as it’s a good source of income with many people, money involved. There were many families caught by Jagtap Madam, in Pune, where prostitution another means of livelihood. By prevention of prostitution act, it’s banned to use mobile number, publish them, or distribute them for luring men. This is motive in using SIMs of stolen mobiles or fake identities. If a virginity test (which girls of many good families undergo can establish it) can throw some more light on the case, then Pune police department has to take it. If she lost her virginity, then chances of HIV AIDS become a serious threat to other men. Bhakti Naidu has a criminal record in her name for stealth of mobile, caught by police department calling two men, threatening while enquiry for sex trade is on. I don’t know about families who don’t have criminal records, but having a crime, means abiding with the investigations & enquiry.

I don’t have the same opinion that making friends from poor family lead to troubles or does lending clothes to people from deprived families. If you will make friends from gutter or sewer, there are chances that they become better person. I have friends from very poor family but they don’t steal, children of my maid servant play in my children’s room, they never took a single toy or gadget which is strewn around. She lives in a condensed flat in outskirt area, where her husband working at as clerical officer in a school , he has used motorbike. Children are studying well to become India’s tomorrow‘s heads. I don’t know about medical officers in Pune University but honesty is not related to Gareebi. I don’t have any kindness for people who used borrowed contacts to threaten or harass others wasting their money. Such people are poor but they are Goonda elements. Why was her father encouraging criminality? If a girl was failing in all subjects, being transferred from one college to another for completion of education. Claiming a guy, his boyfriend who does not want to recognize her or she lost her virginity, while poor girl started having sex at very early age on regular basis. I admit that girls lose their credibility. But having a police record is binding by law, where it has to be mentioned. I don’t know about prostitution but lack of money, living a good life, peer pressure to match their life standards could be grounds. But punishment in must if sex trade or some racket is going on, no one uses SIM for calling men in exams, for these call girls money is more important than exams. I have trust in my maid, she is a good person, her children dine with my children. I think girls don’t steal, but this girl Bhakti Naidu also threatened. All must use RTI to access her criminal record, while police must make further enquiry to sex trade.

The law prohibits use of mobile number by call girls. In Pune many families were caught by Aswini Jagtap for prostitution, so AIDS or HIV is a growing concern with girls of Naidu family. Why would any man acknowledge a girl after sex or attempt to lure, if he knows or got to know that she is into sex & seduction. Man is not at fault. She had to call two men in exam after stealing, he was not interested to talk to her or decide place , he was not calling her on landline, no one had urgency the manner Bhakti Naidu had. Possibly he never had sex with her she lost her virginity elsewhere, but she is not virgin, which can be legally proved. Her virginity can be challenged in any police station or court by anyone to curb AIDS for health measure to investigate or marriage. We prefer old mindset where girls if wholly virgin are considered to be good for sexual health of their husband, I appeal for reasonable enquiry and arrest of people involved in the sex trade. My girls are all set for their virginity tests if marriage family asks so, but they have friends of opposite sex.I don’t mind clarity rather than risking.

I am raising a petition to Pune Police Department, Indian Judiciary and all ordinary people such as us. Bhakti Naidu daughter of Surendra Naidu, working as Medical Representative in Pune University has a crime registered against her record , which is abiding to be mentioned wherever required, accessible to all citizens of India through RTI irrespective of their stature or status. Her personal life is least important to the judiciary whether she is pursuing doctorate research or clerical itinerary. So kindly don’t fritter away consequence discussing it, we have children of very deprived families as toppers in Police services or IIMs , gareebi is not hindrance to higher education, vocations , jobs or neither related to tendency to steal. I believe in equal dignity for all workers. Quoting another lawyer “ Neeeyat Khaaraab thi tabhi to chori ki hi”. There are criminals families where all steal, or try to seduce or lure, so nothing to get shocked. I also have maid servant with my things such as mobile, ipods lying around, she is not registered, neither she ever stolen. My friends are from better families or equal families I don’t how people make friends from so deprived families, and then go about complaining of wrong or annoyance in their lives . One must know to recognize people. Logo ki pehchaan hona zyada mayne rakhi hai , na ki police report darz karana (any illiterate can lodge a police complaint or lodge a RTI for any imformation ). None of my friends ever stole anything, because I have good pehchaan of people, I make friends judiciously. If you will make friends from sewer they will try drag you there . Kindness is for helping, not making friends

I request Pune police department to conduct enquiry, so that the gang is caught, where HIV , AIDS can be a threat to many if not educated about it.

If boyfriend is not ready to acknowledge her, girls of family are not virgin, then we cannot trust the girls with statement. They have nil credibility to people or police. Use of stolen number:: (call girls can not publish phone numbers to the public. (Imprisonment up to 6 months with fine, point 8, PITA directive ) . In exam time she had to call for:: ( Sex worker also punished for prostitution near any public place or notified area) . (Imprisonment of up to 3 months with fine, point 7). We cannot go upon excuse or story made by Bhakti, as she will try to protect the racket of goons (as per recordings) of her father to protract business. Bhakti Naidu can be quoted as – they are not ordinary people, but can go to any extent for any humiliation or grasp of their crime. Police sub-inspector Ashwini Jagtap recently caught many mother-daaughets rackets where family had their own professions but for money they were into sex trade with no remorse thinking it legal.
