First and foremost, ETHICS only be taught rather than Knowledge to Individualsalls of Judiciary.

Every thing in Law courts must be made on line.

Why because, most of the clerical and other staff of Law courts are the specimen of Leeches, to suck the blood of Clients.
There should not be RESERVATIONS in the A I J S. Then only, People may have faith and belief in Judiciary, in India
Congratulations to you on writing a good article on a great topic - AIJS - of utmost importance to India as a meaningful democracy in reforming its judicial system so as to serve its purpose making its governance and institutions work in the right manner.
AIJS, if introduced as proposed, will make our district courts better and that is the most important reform needed in altering the scenario of justice dispensation in India better. If district courts are good and they decide cases on their merit, it is definite that nobody will go for appeal or revision. The backlog of cases in upper tiers of judiciary will come down.
I have also published an article on the topic AIJS a few days ago at http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/articles/Need-for-an-All-India-Judicial-Service-AIJS-to-Revitalise-Indian-Judiciary-8571.asp
We were all sleeping and dreaming for popularity, wealth and richest while the systems was falling apart right beneath our feet. Anyway, thanks for your superb Article.
"A stitch in Time saves Nine," It may be the greatest step since Independence, but what is already damage, will be a Herculean task to undo it, and will take more time and decades. Better leave it to allow time to heal itself.
