May I request an expert advice on a case where lady has filed special leave petition in Supreme court against impugned order of the High Court in a maintenance let. She has demanded increased maintenance and given false statement that she has to bear all expenses of the child, where as child is in custody of the father for over 3 years and she is allowed only visitation rights custody on two sundays every month for a limited period of 4 hours. Does her false statement amonnts to perjury? How to go about this in the court ? Thanks.

Law is there, on complaint Judges have to act. Some force should come from SC and Parliament and then there will be drastic reduction in false cases and Injunction suits. Heavy costs and fines could also deter the litigants to pursue this kind of false cases.

It is easier said then done- Magistrate not only overlook deliberately but they refuse even filing a perjury petition even when material facts are lied in affidavit- I am experiencing this currently
