true, comma omission caused the precious life of casey; see when the tax department -CBDT issues circulars periodically shd it be strictly followed or not, is a question, the dept of revenue generally avoids in order to ensure the tax payer is not aware of, and the AO or the dept of rev keeps the assessee not aware of , for his own obvious reasons - is it not absolute failure of parliamentary democracy in India? what you will say ? i say such irrational governance is obviously the govt fails Art 51A of the Part IVA of the constitutional duties to the citizens could it not nor deserve invoking Art 156 by the hon president of india to dismiss the govt in place, to place a suitable govt in place by a fresh election sir?
