True. see Mr Karnan a judge of High court condemned for contempt of court especially here it is on his orders on the CJI and the bench of 7 judges , he was convicted for 6 months jail, he appealed to the very hon SC, for bail , his appeal when rejected by the constitutional bench he is obviously an 'absconder' when so how he could get bail - he ought to serve the sentence of 6 months jail, his invoking art 21 cannot serve any purpose, as he behaved as an unbounded man ! in such cases like this karnan may not survive for bail positions as the right to grant bail is inherent to the very court it can grant or reject is absolute .
