Good article, the problem of employees not covered by labor laws has been addressed by the court. However the govt may amend labor laws to cover all employees of all nature n description with specific provision that terms n conditions mutually agreed with shall prevail in case of employee working in managerial grade and drawing salary beyond the limits prescribed in the labor laws. Otherwise labor laws can be amended to get employment terms registered with labor department in all cases covering all employees of all nature that may be hired by the employer.
Just want to know As it mention above If the employee desires to be relieved earlier than notice period . Employee required to surrender the basic salary applicable for the notice period waived. However my company make rules that employee has to pay full salary if he/she wants to relieve early than notice period. Is that applicable according to the labor laws.
