so Lord Krishna, humorously told in Gita, 'Karmanyavadikanam' that is doing so called 'duties', he said 'do not think just do as ordained' that way he promoted the death of Kauravas as also pandavas and their people. Lord Krishna opened the eyes of Man, but what i see today every one is obviously blind , simply following his own duties, we do duties of advocates, law makers by making so called contradictory laws and so on...whom can we find with, but we will not find fault with us at any cost but show the 'fingers' at the others. That is the funny world is all about that you call great 'economy' and so on. Great.

In the name of kashmir how many soldiers so far got killed since 1953 on, till date, if we are some so called 'great law abiding persons' so too pakistan fellows, we would not have been just people of 'fraudulent humans' saying things as if something is some so called 'properties'. So fact remains, 'we love to promote and practice just fraudulence' unfortunately... then we speak as if 'we are law abiding beings',in fact , politicians really make the biggest users of 'fraud'.We say this party is good and join their promoted frauds. What kind of Man , Man is!

very problem of fraud is man made issues only; but he talks as if he is a great law abiding person or citizen, yea we advocates say we take the clients' instructions and save them, so too law courts do talk, what we really do we indulge in 'self cheating' in the name of some so called 'invisible' good. great.

Such kind of 'fraudulent dealings' only created problems like in J & K trouble. An agreement on J&K came into being between India and the then hindu King of Kashmir in 1953; as if the whole state of Kashmir is his (king's) personal estate, calling for personal desires of the king can be perpetrated or promoted, when then India went for its own independence called 'freedom from domination', when india extricated from freedom from 'domination ' of the British as rulers, how india after independence did not think it appropriate to ask Harisingh to take the approval of his subjects, would be first question? but India chose not to ask that question for obvious reasons; so too similarly, subjects (people) were not consulted by Pakistan before pakistan chose to work out some POK idea, so what happened, the land of kashmir faced serious 'tosses'; that serious 'tosses' both india and claim the land belongs to them , then what happened to the real owners of the land pieces there. That way things came in

Law means some 'rule of law' meaning some accepted procedure need to be followed. When you do not follow 'rule of procedure' you really as a law maker promote 'frauds', such law makers need to be first place need to be appropriately punished.

How you as a law maker permit 'frauds's is the basic question that need be addressed by the very court is my considered view.

That very idea of selling is being protected under buyer beware 'principle', when any property can be just one only and cannot be two ; when so why the fradulent sale is to be protected, if done laws themselves are 'fraudulent' perpetrator of frauds.
