Great effort and thank you for the courage to speak the truth.Let the society be aware and stay away from such touts and save their purse. Now a days it is easier to contact a lawyer through the social media and other related technical services

They are present right from filing suit to getting judgment and the bargain is a 'Package" for getting a favourable decision. Is it not true that the advocate who suggests and send a client to another court also gets paid for such reference ?

Then there is the practice of the advocate engaged by the client to seek he service of senior/more experienced advocate colleagues. the client pays double fees!

the author has not tried to suggest solution to the problem. The advocate associations should circulate/publish their list of advocates specialising in various fields and their contact email ids and phone nos

Thanks for the truth. These touts have indirect access to even judges. It is shame for judiciary.

very true. these agents are clerks of advocates, and would wear black coat to show as if they are advocates. Even security staff at gates know that these hooligans are not advocates, but they do nothing to arrest them.

Ajay is smart. so he told you. can't help clients who are over intelligent, better let them face more litigation fees. Touts get better fees to you; rather than direct clients.that is the world today.
