Very Nice Article :-) Some other ideas suggested below 1. Take a very small loan on your property by Mortgaging it to a Bank and get the encumbrance recorded with Revenue Dept. 2. Register your property with CERSAI - Once registered, no one can obtain any loan on your property 3. If it is a Plot, Put a wired fence with an ownership notice OR sub let it to a vendor who can utilise and generate revenue using it as a parking space.
