problem is the reservationinsts do not realize what is the ploy behind reservations..so long as the reservationsts do not realize till then criminal idea politics can survive..how long one need to wait patiently very reservations would turn against that is the D day for these politicians, results might be even assasination(s) too likely, wait and see what happens..after all patients pay the dividends...

you yourself say one is a crime and how you can exonerate it as a legislator, so the concept of judicial review is to not recognize the statutes made by legislators in which there is even one legislator is with criminal background, for this statute is abinitio is ultra vires of the very constitution. that is constitutional jurisprudence.

see criminal background politicians sit as legislators they play on people, see your present Loksabha has 186 /531 MPs ...they cannot run parliament per se the constitution of of india as constitution of india is not under any article conceived parliament with criminal background politicians, law of crimes you yourself created by your own statutes, when so how can you allow those fall under same law of crimes to be your defacto legislators!

in fact reservation policy is a great idea of divide the people and rule principle what Mr Ramsay McDonald as British PM applied on Indians then that same is played by politicians....

all castes are just distortions, to take out merit based life is just ditched. if merit is a toilet paper you would go backwards moreitua, faster than growing, do u like that situa situation.
