The curse is nobody knows audit. Every checks and balances is inbuilt in our system of financial governance.A financial system is not weakened in a day it takes about 3-4 years after it is manifest. It would be a criminal as not to be aware of financial irregularities certainly not by auditors. It happened with accounts of Satyam when auditor connived with them likewise CAG is responsible for any government accounts mismatch
