Thus there is No Right for even an innocent prospective Accused ?

Total denial for representation u/s 156(3) for lack of locus standi, no revision against order u/s 156(3) and bar u/s 397(2) CrPC, thus remains UNFAIR to any innocent Accused, being devoid of opportunity as enshrined under Principles of Natural Justice
