I entirely agree with the comments of V.V. Ramdas
Your concept is paractical, based on reality. It is like Medical profession. When a professor of Medical college trates patients and conducts surgery and teaches to medical students, why not a professor of Law.
You are 100% right sir, practicing professionals are very important in Law Schools for practical knowledge.
Yes, i agree in our law schools we need more practicing professionals. It is a sense of people from industry.
i agree with this
YES IT IS WELCOMING WAY TO REDUCING THE NUMBER OF CASES IN INDIA.OF COURSE, PROFESSOR CAN DO WELL IN SCIENTIFIC TECHOLOGICAL BASED CASES. GOVERNMENT MUST ALLOW THIS LIKE MEDICAL DOCTOR PROFESSIONALS.
It is University rules and statutes that do not permit pracice by full time profs of law.
As prof of law who appeared before nEW yORK
As prof of law who appeared in New York and Frankfurt Courts, I can say pracice will bridge gulf between Clasroom law and Court room law. Benificial to both.
If Professor is interested in Law profession, then it has the option to leav ethe job or may take extraordinary leave extendable for 5 years and may deactivate his Enrolment after joining the services
Eg: Sachin can be numerous but his teacher is only one; if his teacher decided to play then I am sure he wont be able to score a century in 10 matches.
