About the LIVE webinar :

The webinar is specially designed by FACTS, an institution that has been working in the field of forensics for the last 80 years.

The aim of this webinar is to help young lawyers understand the basics of forensics, pertaining to a few specific cases that we shall deal with - Toxicology in Drunk Driving and related cases, DNA in Murder and related cases, and Digital Evidence in Cyber Crime and related cases.

Why is this important for me?

It is important for those who are planning to pursue Criminal Law litigation as a career in the future, to know the basics of Forensics, its application in the practice to Deconstruct and Present the Evidence at hand in the most effective and efficient manner and in some crucial cases, understand how an expert should be cross-examined.

Without this piece of knowledge, one might be able to pull through the simple trials, but with the knowledge of forensics, evidence, and criminal procedure, one can successfully shatter or construct a case with complex circumstantial evidence.
