My mother signed off property papers to my uncle

Hello all,

5-6 years ago my mother had signed off her property papers claiming that my uncle can possess all the wealth to him in exchange of words that they had told that they will take care of us whenever we get in trouble.

But now few years later when we ask for help they are not helping for any of problems to my mother and is there any legal way to get what my mother deserved in the first place.

My mother didn’t have much knowledge earlier which has caused this issue

Please help me to give me some advice here and I cannot afford much legal fees and a good lawyer

Regards

Please kindly help

My wife, who has epilepsy, is egoistic, narcissistic, and often rude, leading to frequent arguments. She doesn't want children and acts as if she's unmarried, no contribution, disrespect me and my dad very badly causing tension. When we try to reason with her, she threatens to involve her parents, who always support her and use rough words. The pressure from her parents makes it difficult to communicate. Today, after 15 days, my wife came with her parents and told us that it takes their daughter too much time to commute by metro from our home to her office. Therefore, she will move to Noida and live there, and they expect me to live with her there as well. However, I had clearly informed my wife before marriage, via WhatsApp chat, that after marriage, I would settle in Punjab with my father. Now, my wife and her parents are indirectly forcing me to shift to Noida, but my father and I have already decided to live in Punjab, not Delhi. My wife has now left home after 2.5 years and will stay in a room alone. How can we protect ourselves legally? Can she legally force me to leave my home, leave my father, and live with her in Noida? if I file case she could file fake cases

Election - association - misleading

In the association election which has happened a week ago, they denied the voting rights for few residents naming them as "having due in maintenance". But they have already paid the maintenance to the builder during the purchase of flat.
Since there is a dispute with asociation & builder, the association is not allowing those residents to vote. Had already raised this issue to registrar office in online mode, but no response.
Now the eleciton is over.
Is there any option that I can proceed for which can help to get those residents with their voting rights?

To become ex parte

I am unable to appear or engage a lawyer in an FDA case of a partition suite due to financial difficulties. So what is the way to become exparte in this case? I came to know that even if my share as per law is exparte, I will get it without any reduction. So now this case is posted by For Steps. What should be done to become exparte in the case at this time?

False 498a

Respected Sir,
My wife is living separately from 2018. I filed divorce petition on 2020. After receipt of divorce notice, she came to my house & forcefully entered into the house to quarrel with me. Thereafter she file 498A case on 2022 alleging that my family tortured upon her during visit on 2020. Police has submitted chargesheet but not mentioned any incident of torture. Charge is not framed till date.

Can I move before court for discharge on ground of limitation period & chagesheet ( as no allegations as per chargesheet).

Can my separated wife came to my residence during pendency of divorce case?

Is there any law to prohibit such entry to opposite party's residence in this regard ?

One time settlement for educational loan

Hi Sir,

Educational Loan - 9 lakh, Debt Amount - 30 lakh

Both the Borrower and Guarantor Died. As I was the Only Legal Heir to the guarantor, bank sent me a sarfaesi notice two months ago. I Sent an OTS Offer to Pay the principle loan Amount. Now the bank manager told me that they are going to auction the house in next 10 days. What am I supposed to do now?

1. How to Calculate Amount for One Time Settlement (Secured Loan)?

2. What Should be the OTS Amount that bank would consider if the Debt Amount (Principle + Interest) is 30 Lakhs?

Thank You

How to challenge the gift deed ?

My late mother was living with my family at Mumbai but unfortunately due to some misunderstanding she stopped contact with us and left with my youngest sister who was residing in Tamilnadu and expired in a orthopaedic hospital. I attended the final rites in the village with my younger sister from Mumbai since I was not in good terms with my sister, one of the relatives informed me that my late mother was suffering from lung cancer. Now my youngest sister with his family has entered my house for the death anniversary of my mother and sent legal notice to vacate my family mentioning that my mother has gifted her my current residential property which was in my mother's name. But I and my youngest sister had no idea of the registered gift deed please guide us to avail the Medical certificate of cause of death
