can p revokes the his authority given to agent to sell his land to pay himself out of the proceeds of such sale?

Power of attorney granted to an agent can be revoked by the executant/ grantor any time.

1. ANY type of Authority given to anybody can be revoked, by following due procedures of law (Notice to POA holder, Interested Public persons, Newspaper Publication, Notice board on Site, etc....  )

in the case above isthere any personal interest of agent ? that p can't revoke authority given to him under,
in the provision of sec 202

If the POA or agency is conditional then the master/principle cannot revoke it by violating the said condition otherwise he is free to get the same revoked irrespective of the loss to the agent.
