Property issue

Some 15 Years back due to some reasons. Lot of my thing become viral and I become jack off all the bad things. My parent was also become the victim.
To avoid the criticism from people, my mother gave a notice in the news paper that she disowned me.
Now my parents are dead and we are 3 brother's.
Does it me that, I cannot take share of my Property now.
Property was originally bought by my grandfather. My father inherit it and gifted it to my mother.
And all the money in her accounts

Before my mother's death, I was the only Son who was living with for 3 year and not my other 2 brother's.
Since childhood, I was more close to my mother then my other 2 brother's.

Nominee, real heir of the money in bank acc and fds?

My mother died on 21 April 2021 due to cancer. She had some money in her bank account which was converted into 3 FD's by her as we are three brothers.

Now my younger brother is a nominee on the bank account and the FDs.

I have confirmed that money was in my mother’s account after her death from bank.

Before my mother's death, I was the only Son who was living with for 3 year and taking care and not my other 2 brother's.

As per Law, Nominees can just operate the Bank account but not the real heir of the money. Real heirs are their three sons and my younger brother is refusing to give my share.

498a false witness

My wife has filed 498A case against me, wherein my neighbor is witness in 161 CRPC. The police fabricate false evidence against me. I have shown copy of 161 CRPC to my neighbor & he is surprised & stated that police fabricates his statement.
Charge is not framed till date. My neighbour wants to exit from the case as witness and has agreed to submit affidavit in chief stating that he didn't make any statement against me before police.
Is it possible now ?

An unmarried daughter of a deceased government employee of Indian railway applied for family pension as she is the only claimant for the family pension as a unmarried dependent daughter.

She is also working in a state government department through contractor on daily basis since long time.

Applicability of income tax on the award of the tribunal

Respected Learned Experts. I had awarded with a sum of Rs.3 lakhs towards the loss of interest on the belated payment of pension. The award was granted by Central Administrative Tribunal after filing a case. Whether, this award of Rs.3 lakhs is subjected for income tax.? Any exemption is permissible as it is an award granted after a case filed before the Tribunal. Advance thanks to all the Learned Experts in anticipation.

Matrimonial dispute

Hi
We(Parents) stay in a two floor house where our daughter in law stayed on the second floorsince the marriage. Due to marital dispute son is not living with wife from past 8 months. The same day dispute happened the daughter in laws parents entered our house and havent left since.
Later Daughter in law family filed DV, 498a on my son, both me and my husband and also including my daughter and son in law who stay abroad from a decade but were part of the wedding ceremonies.

She is still staying on the second floor with her parents in our house and now daughter in law parents they are not going back to their home. As they are looking for huge sum of money along with household furniture, car, electronics and kitchen items. Basically everything from the house. Daughter in law also in possession of the gold which she claims were all gifted to her and not interested in revealing that she has it all. But mentioned in the case file that we are having all her gold jewellery from day 1 of their marriage as she handed over to us after getting married.

We have filed the civil case in senior citizen court but no resolution or action has been taken keep getting dates for one thing or the other. We are senior citizens and are tired keeping up with all this litigation matters

Son has filed a divorce case too, but the process is very slow and we all are losing our patience as it has been 8 months of their daily harassment and verbal abuse and provocation.

What remedies are for us as parents? We cannot fulfil their monetary settlement demands at this moment.
Are the daughter in law parents legally supposed to stay in our house for this long with our daughter in law? We tried calling police for help here but they don’t seem interested in helping us evict the DIL parents. How can we evict them?
Any other suggestions or recommendations are appreciated. Thank you.
