Dual 12th from different boards. can it is legal?

I can do 12th in two different Boards with different subjects for improvement of my knowledge. Can it is illegal?

In any provision or any law it is write that it's is illegal to take dual 12th?

Nothing stops you to study. You may continue.

You can appear same exams on different Boards/Universities.

Oh yes you can…! To enhance the career prospects of many students like you, the UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes simultaneously.

This is such a welcome move. For all practical purposes, even an engineering student can now pursue a degree in economics or any other subject for that matter

I don't think class 10 or 12 examinations come under the purview of UGC! Reference of UGC is not applicable here.

You can proceed and pursue 12th class from 2 different Boards, there is no legal bar and legally valid.
