Filing dv by mother against father in law

Withe the DV act it is a weapon for women against men. With DV a wife can file charges against husband and father in law or any male members in family but not against mother in law.

In this case is it possible for the mother in law who is a woman to file DV against the father and brothers of daughter in law ?

DV Act gives a MIL such ‘dream' via making her son as one of the respondents though ! Go make a MIL’s 'dream' also come true.
Reasoning:
It emerges that when an "aggrieved person" lives or at any stage has been in domestic relationship with the respondents and has been subjected to any domestic violence, the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 is applicable. J

Make use of the poorly drafted PWDV act and fullfill the MIL's  dream we are a country where anything is possible and lets make our nation go into the Guiness book of world records .!!
