How many cases wife can file?

Please let me know how many cases wife can file against husband and his family.

Currently running cases HMA 13, 406 crpc, 498a & company, 125 crpc.

According my understanding she can go for HMA 24, PWDVA.

Are there any other cases? It seems in place of taking lum sum money wife want to give money to lawyers.

Question is good. However I am not sitting here to give discourse on Law of Physics, be it so
Newton
’s Third Law of Motion is all time favorite with metro wives in instance facts before us.

Observation:
Maintenance case under HAMA is still pending thought of her side to teach a complete lesson.

Remedy:
Based on your above quoted lines which I selected from your query; wait for some more time, meanwhile continue meeting your wife few more times in various Court corridors then you will actually come to know her whcih you wished to knew before and also be learnt now - metro wives are shy person with their larger than life sari, sindoor and glycerin acts and meanwhile put expected lum sum money in a F/D and at appropriate moment offer the same to her over the table forgetting what her lawyer fees were and get once freedom from all Laws of Physics.

your case must be filed under sec 406 of IPC not crpc. dont worry about how many cases wife can be filed.. if they are false then it will be immposible to prove in court of law..

and plz dont go into filing counter cases.. proceed step by step..
