Serving the summons should be through mobile or email

I fail to understand, when all business, ( from sending vote appeals, to telephone bills, insurance bills, bank transactons, signature campaigns, ticket reservations, cancellations ) is done on Emails and Sms, then what is it which is stopping the  Indian Judiciary to USE tHESE methods.

It will greatly reduce the time of settling a dispute as well as cut out the expenditure on paper work as well as save trees and jungles.

All summons should carry the mobile nos.

If Tele markrting can dare to call us on our mobile, then atleast the summons can be notiied through mobiles or Sms.

This whole thing looks, as if in todays era of flying  by jets, the only way of delivering justice is by rowing a boat to cross seven seas.We say we are in 21st century, but it seems we are in 18th centuy or so, as far as delivering of summons is concrned.

1. Since last year Hon'ble SC has allowed servic eof Summons via all means which includes; RPAD / Dasti / Email / courier so where is the que. to still blame the Judiciary etc.!

2.
The problem is illustrated below;

2.1. - You hire a Adv. and get allowed Process of Notice to opposite party.
2.2. - The Process Fees are paid and process is done as per mode got allowed. Here is where the real nightmare starts; you think that opposite party will gladly rcive the Court Notice on the Memo of Party given address :-) So you come and check Court record for process records only on the date of next hearing not before that !
2.3 In smart practice procedures at admission stage of suit / complaint / application / petition "Issue Notice by all Means shall have been the prayed Order then in that case you could have used all above para 1 stated means in one shot and only on next date based on respective Reports next action (prayer for ex party or paper publication etc.) could have been effected upon instead of yet another date upon date just to serve notice to opposite party.......and this thread post would not have published before us !

So try to / aspire to become smart litigant not run of the mill yet another litigant in Court kar key.......
