Letter writing - suggestion

(Querist) 02 May 2024 This query is : Resolved
Furthermore, the situation escalated when the individual responsible for these criminal acts forcefully entered my property 9 pm on xx-Jan-2024, broke open locks, and unlawfully seized control of the premises. Despite promptly reporting these incidents to the local police Inspector Mr. Tharamangalam Police station and called 100, and Police officials, Mr. SSI and Mr. responded to the scene but failed to take appropriate action to address the criminal activity unfolding before them. no effective action was taken to apprehend the trespasser or prevent further unlawful occupation.

You have repeated the same question in another thread whre you were suitably advised/suggested about the steps to be taken.
you may approach the commissioner or district superintendent of police with a similar application/complaint seeking his intervention and direction to the concerned police to initiate legal action against the intruders/trespassers immediately.
If this step also fails to fetch any result you can approach judicial magistrate court with a petition under section 156(3) cr.p.c. seeking direction to concerned police to take proper legal action on this complaint containing details about physical abuse and illegal trespass.
